Scope - Renovate a 13,000 sq. ft. former coin paper manufacturing building into a health & fitness center for men and women which will have the following facilities: sport shop, lounge and bar, staff doctors office for weight loss clinic, fitness director office, primarily control desk, general storage rooms, men’s nautilus and free weight exercise area, men’s locker rooms w/Sauna, Whirlpool, and Steam Room, conference room, nursery, women’s aerobics area and weight area, women’s locker room w/Sauna and Whirlpool, secondary control desk, basement High School athletic wt. training room, lobby areas and all interior and exterior landscape, Graphic design and office furnishings.
